By adhering to a disciplined approach to business development, marketing and operations, the MPA senior management team has excelled at generating positive operating results, and continues to solidify the strength of MPA's core business.

SELWYN JOFFE, CPA: Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to being appointed President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in February 2003, Mr. Joffe served as a director to the Company beginning in 1994, and later became Chairman of the Board in November of 1999. Before his management appointment at MPA, Mr. Joffe served as President or CEO of several national companies, including the Wolfgang Puck Food Company. Mr. Joffe is a graduate of Emory University with degrees in both business and law.

STEVE KRATZ: Chief Operations Officer
In addition to overseeing all phases of company operations, Mr. Kratz has overseen MPA's Engineering and Quality Assurance team since joining the Company in 1988. Before joining MPA, Mr. Kratz was the General Manager of GKN Products Company, a division of Beck/Arnley-Worldparts. As Vice-President of Quality Assurance and Engineering, Mr. Kratz spearheaded MPA's quality assurance, research & development, and engineering departments.

DAVID LEE: Chief Financial Officer
David Lee has been our Chief Financial Officer since February 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Lee served as our Vice President of Finance and Strategic Planning and previously as the Director of Finance and Strategic Planning. From August 2002 until he joined us in 2005, he served as corporate controller of Palace Entertainment, an amusement and waterpark organization. Prior to this, Mr. Lee held various corporate controller and finance positions for several domestic companies. Mr. Lee started his career in the audit department of Deloitte & Touche LLP and is a certified public accountant. Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management.

MICHAEL UMANSKY: VP, General Counsel and Secretary
Michael Umansky has been our Vice President and General Counsel since January 2004, responsible for all legal matters. He was appointed our Secretary in November 2005. Mr. Umansky was a partner of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, and the founding and managing partner of its Los Angeles office from 1975 until 1997 and was Of Counsel to that firm from 1998 to July 2001. Immediately prior to joining our company, Mr. Umansky was in the private practice of law, and during 2002 and 2003 he provided legal services to us. From February 2000 until March 2001, Mr. Umansky was Vice President, Administration and Legal, of Hiho Technologies, Inc., a venture capital financed producer of workforce management software. Mr. Umansky is admitted to practice law in California and New York and is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School.

TOM STRICKER: Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Stricker has been in charge of MPA's sales efforts since 1989. Prior to joining MPA, Mr. Stricker held several roles within a major automotive parts importer, including retail store manager, warehouse manager and sales manager where he supervised 80 sales people.

RICK MOCHULSKY: Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Rick Mochulsky leads the sales force responsible for all new account acquisition and retention for MPA. This includes all sales channels of distribution both domestic and international. A 32-year aftermarket veteran, Rickjoined MPA in November 2005. Prior to MPA, Rick held a variety of sales and sales management positions in both public and privately held companies. Previous positions at MPA inlcude Vice President of Traditional Sales and Director of Sales for Quality-Built. His sales management track record has included successful brand launches, product penetration into new markets, managing double-digit sales increases and acquisitions. Rick is recognized as an industry veteran that has a reputation for getting the job done. Rick began his automotive career in 1979 in Edmonton Alberta as a terriotory manager with the Dayco Rubber Company.

RON LACOMBE: Vice President of Traditional Sales
Ron’s career in the automotive industry has spanned over 30 years. Prior to MPA, Ron held several key management positions in the industry including Vice President of Sales for OCA\BBB Industries (1997–2007), National Account Manager at Bosch (1990–1997) and Regional Sales Manager for Lucas (1985–1990). Ron’s experience, knowledge of remanufactured electrical products and strong customer relationships throughout the industry has helped MPA reestablish itself as a key supplier of rotating electrical in the traditional side of the industry.
