Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. This Contest is sponsored by Motorcar Parts of America (MPA). MPA does not assume any responsibility or liability for content submitted by entrants. Each entrant to the Contest shall indemnify MPA and its employees, shareholders, agents, and affiliates against all claims, demands, suits, damages, or losses.
2. Entry Restrictions: Must be 13 years of age or older to enter. MPA employees are not eligible.
3. This Contest is open to anyone who meets the entry restrictions. There is no location restriction, except where prohibited by law.
4. You must follow, or already be following MPA on Instagram in order to be eligible for a prize.
5. Submissions will only be considered valid when posted with the #mpaphotocontest.
6. The winner will be selected through public vote. The submission with the most likes will be deemed the winner.
7. The Contest entry period will run from 4:00 pm (PST) on 10/26/20 to 6:00 pm (PST) on 11/6/20
8. Winners will be announced at 4:00 pm (PST) on 11/9/20 in a follow-up post.
9. Winners who are selected will also be contacted via private message and the prize will be shipped directly to them, in rare cases where the prize cannot be shipped to the winner, we reserve the right to provide the winner with the prizes current monetary value as a substitute for the original prize.
10. This Contest is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 13+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
11. As the sponsor we reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the winner.
12. Any content that is considered to be inappropriate or offensive will not be eligible for the Contest and will be held to Instagram’s terms of use.
